An older hotel, but nicely equipped. Breakfast was pricey, so we elected to eat on our own at a cute cafe. Hotel is located close to the tram and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Our stay here was a very nice experience and would recommend this hotel,

The hotel room was good sized, clean, very good place, But while we stayed there the A/C was broken, and it was a very hot day. We couldn’t sleep well at night because of the temperature in the room, and the reception while acknowledging that there is an issue with A/C said that it’s technically working just very low (which is BS). They did put some fans and chiller in one of the rooms but it was not very effective

Mixed Experience at a Well-Located Hotel I recently stayed at this hotel and found it well-located with friendly staff and good value for money. The staff were accommodating and the hotel is conveniently walkable to attractions. However, the AC in our room was not working, which made it uncomfortably hot. This issue impacted my experience enough to rate it 3 stars.

This hotel is within walking distance of everything! The staff is so helpful and friendly that is difficult not to become friends with them. The room we got was all the way to the back- in order to get there, we needed to go through a labyrinth, but it was spacious and quiet. They were able to provide a pedestal fan as the A/C wasn't working properly, which was more than enough for us. I would stay there again and again and again.

Property was well situated. Room was smaller than a closet. Would not change room. NO window just a small sky light. Roof so low my husband hit his head numerous times. Bathroom had old facilities and water would almost disappear half way through a shower. Nothing worked, not the heater, not the fridge, not the safe. Other than good staff the place is NOT worth the money. Never Again!
