Great hotel
The hotel is in a great location for a short walk to the train station (10 mins) and tram and underground (5 mins) which give you plenty of options for getting into the city centre and around and about. It's literally just around the corner from Upper Belvedere. The hotel itself was clean, the staff were friendly, and the hotel had character and quirkiness without it being off putting. A great stay.

Lots of room and a great location. Close to Vienna HBF and metro/tram lines. It was easy to get to all the main attractions easily. Also found an ice cream place and huge playgrounds only 2 tram stops away. It was great for big kids(13 & 17) too.

A modern hotel in a converted 1960s or 1970s office building. I rather liked our room, which was the corner of what would once have been a large open plan office. It had a supporting column passing through it, the WC, shower and sink were separate from each other - the sink being next to the bed, with a safe built into its side. The shower cubicle was in the middle of the room, with clear glass walls - giving no privacy while you shower, but my wife has seen me naked before, so I don't see this as a problem (she did though). I thought the architect had done a good job and that the room was quirky and clever. My wife thought it was weird. Breakfast seemed expensive so we ate elsewhere. This is not the prettiest part of Vienna, but it is near the main station and next to the Belvedere park.

The property was good, but somehow Expedia mixed up the dates and I ended up booking three nights when it was supposed to be two. The hotel would not work with me for a refund, even when Expedia called to explain the situation.

깨끗하고 뷰가 좋았는데 에어컨이 신속하게 온도를 조절하지 못하는 아쉬움이 있었습니다. 역에서 거리가 좀 있지만 걷기에 적당했고 벨베데레 궁이 바로 옆에 있는 장점이 있습니다.

Good size room but the bed was very soft and uncomfortable. The room had a desk but no available plug near it which wasn’t helpful. It also had a hammock in the room which was very unnecessary.

Great location
Everything was great and clean and convenient. I did expect laundry facilities on site since laundry is advertised on the app, but it’s a washing service that’s very very expensive, so if you need to wash clothes, expect to pay a ton or go to a laundry mat. Our AC wasn’t working very well in our room so it was very hot. Even when I tried to turn it down it didn’t cool off. Don’t expect any American/English tv options. There is like one news channel. Breakfast is about 25-30USD per person so we didn’t eat breakfast there. We ate dinner once in the diner portion. I’m only noting “negatives” so you can’t be prepared but overall I was happy with our stay! We did the smart room. It’s a glass shower beside the bed all on one room, so if you’re traveling with someone that you don’t want to see you shower, I wouldn’t recommend this room haha.

Family Friendly and Cool Hotel
We stayed at Daniel Vienna Hotel with our 18 month old baby. They provided us cot bed and kettle as we requested. They even made it all ready before we arrived. Thanks to them. It was overall very comfortable and clean. People were nice and helpful.

The hotel infrastructure is covered up by the design elements of the hotel. Very cool place but the air con didn't cool the room and was noisy however that was actually a good thing so it covered up the traffic noise through the windows. Even at floor 5! We had a smart room which has a shower with a glass panel into the room and the mirror next to it meant you got to know anyone who you are sharing with very well... Overall a well located hotel and looked great but needed some modern windows. Also maybe take some earplugs and a eye mask if you have trouble sleeping.
