Everything about my experience with this property was horrible. I made reservations for a suite with 4 beds. They gave someone else the room when I came to check in. They did give me 2 rooms. I didn't stay that night because of the inconvenience my minor children would've been in another room down the hall from me. The next day we were put in 2 closer rooms. We go to put our things in the room and are greeted by to huge roaches looking like we were invading their space. I still got charged for 2 out of 5 nights and didn't stay ANY and still haven't received my 50 deposit back into my account. Horrible service, hard to understand due to accent

Rooms were musty; our initial room had 2 roaches in the tub. They gave us a new room when we complained. There were loose, moldy ceiling tiles, cleanliness was severely lacking…the only good thing we found was the Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel.

One set of towels for two people.

Check in was fine, however the place looked tired and dirty. Elevator floor filthy! Bathroom dirty, One wash cloth, bath, hand towel for two people. There were not any tissues in the tissue box. I will say the bed was very comfortable. Place needs a good overall cleaning and more attention paid to details.

Stay if you want creepy crawly friends in your bed

I’m not sure where to start. But first off, we booked the room based off the amenities only to find out once we get there that the free breakfast is not available due to renovations. This was not advertised anywhere on the website. Or the booking apps. It was also not mentioned when we personally called the hotel. However we discovered later that night staff sitting and eating in the breakfast area. Then the following morning we inquired about using the “gym” only to be told the machines are all broken. When we checked in we were told check out time was 9 am then to be told it was 11am. And to top it off, as we were getting read the morning of check out we discovered bedbugs in the bathroom. When we talked to the front desk downstairs it was made apparent this wasn’t the first complaint they’ve had. We used the stairwells to exit the building and found a bottle of Hot Shot Bed Bug and egg killer. So I think it goes without saying this place is a disgusting and I would stay away 1000 times over.

Hotels.com should NOT offer this hotel as an optio

We are regular users of Hotels.com and now realize that there is NO vetting of properties. This hotel, which we booked non-fundable since all of the other area hotels were booked, was disgusting. It is filthy beginning with the lobby. It smells dirty and gross. It was shocking and is the very worst hotel we ever stayed in, which includes last minute airport hotels when flights are cancelled. If you must stay in Youngstown, plan ahead and DO NOT STAY HERE.

It was late, we were tired and this location was close. Check in was no problem, went quick. The room we were given had a few issues so we notified the young man at the front desk and he set us up with another room. This room was much better. Don’t always sleep well in hotels, usually the bed is the culprit, but slept well that night. Felt rested when I got up. All and all it was a good stay.
