Great place to stay, nice rooms, many dining options on the block, easy transportation, and they have laundry as documented, most hotels seem to lie about this. Breakfast was good and the staff helpful and provided needed information such as national holidays or time changes.

Clean and spacious rooms and very well located!
Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Great location being 2 blocks away from St. Stephen's. Lots of restaurants nearby and very walkable to different places and transportation. Definitely recommend it!

Was amazing as usual , friendly staff, quick and easy process, close to everything First time I don’t like the cleaning for the room, they make beds, change towels only but they don’t clean the floor or wash / replace the used dishes I stay in this hotel almost every time I visit Vienna and I always like the conditions but this time I noticed this

Great place to stay in Vienna close to the center of the old town. The rooms are large and there is even a little kitchenette and fridge. The staff was helpful and provided lots of information. There was even a washer and dryer (pay) in the basement so we were able to do all our laundry. Anastasia at the front desk was very kind and even went to show us how to operate the washer and dryer. Great stay!
