I didn’t like the fact that my fiancé and I had to carry our bags up the stairs and back and back down. This is 2024. What if I were handicapped? There was an event next door and no parking. After a long drive, it was very inconvenient to carry the luggage from the car also because there were no luggage carriers around 😕

The room was so dirty and falling apart. The ceiling looked like it was going to collapse. The paint was falling off the ceiling everywhere. The curtains were filled with holes everywhere. Sink was leaking. We came in late so we had no time to switch rooms. Remarkably the bed was very comfortable. When we checked out the following morning we told the staff about the issues and were told sorry and they will be addressed promptly.

Staff was very responsive and professional. Room was in disrepair, furniture dated, curtains hanging off the rod. Phone was disconnected on arrival, likely because it did not work when connected. Guests disruptive, loud tv at 2a. Folks holding court in the hallways, slamming doors in and out of the rooms. Man sitting on parking lot curb with side entry door propped open with a rock. He got up and started pacing aimlessly when he saw me. Folks coming in off the parking lot going in and out of what was supposed to be a secured door. Felt sketchy and unsafe Saturday night and removed rock only to see it back in place when I went out to bring in rest of my luggage. Sunday, most had checked out and Sunday night stay felt more secure. I would not stay there again during a weekend.
