Nice staff at check-in, wonderful view of Villaricca volcano from our room. Close to town centre, many restaurants and activities close by. Safe car parking. No lift to upper floors (minor inconvenience for most). Biggest downside was meagre breakfast - no fresh coffee, 2 scones 1 slice of cheese and one of tinned ham.

Good value and central location
Overall for the price one pays makes this hotel a good choice. Breakfast was okay, could be better but I did get it earlier than normal. Staff was wonderful. Central to shops and restaurant. I will stay again.

poca relación precio e servicios
desafortunadamente el costo del hotel no tiene relación con con sus servicios el desayuno es muy limitado y algunos productos no se ven frescos el colchón estaba en muy mal estado, son viejos y tienen deformidades muy visibles. además en ninguna parte del contrato dice que los billetes en dólares, tiene que estar mas que "PERFECTOS" y tienen muchos problemas al recibirlos, y en el resto del país pasan por normales.
