Surprised that I was charged a parking fee for a hotel out in the boon docks on Lundy's Lane. I understand that Hotels in prime areas charge for on site parking but don't understand this. Tons of on site parking. Really!! Money grab of $28.25. Was told by front staff that they could not give me a late check. My son who was staying in the next room ask for late check for the same day was granted late check out. Hard to believe family members would be treated differently. Go figure. Matter eventually sorted by speaking to the manager.

Americana is the perfect family vacation spot if you have little ones. The waterpark is very young child friendly. The room was very clean (including the bathtub). I would highly recommend to other families looking for a mini getaway. The only downside is parking and breakfast is not included. There is a breakfast buffet on site that is good. These two things will add an additional $25 plus tax per night for parking and $20/adult and $10/child over 3, for breakfast.

I took my grandchildren there for a few days and they enjoyed every moment and was very happy. The receptionist was very helpful and kind to us. We are planning for. Next year trip again.

We had a wonderful time! We were slightly disappointed we didn't know the hot tub was closed and it would've been nice for things to open a bit earlier with early risers, but we loved the waterpark, staff and food. We'd come back!

Highly recommended for families with children. We are a family of five - a teenager and two 6 and under. It was amazing. The room was very spacious. The bunk bed had their own semi private area with tv and the 2 queens worked for us and our teen. The arcade was great (highly recommend the doodle jump). Cons: several games that the younger ones wanted to play were out of order but doodle jump made up for it. We are from the tropics so we are used to very warm weather and water temp around 72°. If you are the same, heads up the indoor water park's water is still quite cold. It was amazing with the pineapple bucket drop, wave pool, mini water slides (for the young children), separate play pool for babies and toddlers, and daring water slides for adults and teens. The restaurants seemed nice but we did not get to visit them. The snack shop is great also by the park. Will not regret this booking.

Awesome Fun!
This is my 3rd time taking my daughter there. She’s 10 and a child with complex needs due to a very rare condition and I will continue to take her there for our weekend getaways every few months so she can explore in a safe environment. She’s able to access all the attractions, the arcade room and park easily and somewhat independently. A Bonus is having a walk out from our room when she just needs to decompress and get herself some air when she’s feeling overwhelmed. The staff has always been kind, courteous, accommodating and very understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone with or without kids with special needs. What an amazing place for kids to just burn off so much energy!
