Best place on the beach!! Will be continuing to stay here every visit. Great breakfast!! The Taphouse on the ground floor had the best food around. The employees were friendly and ready to assist you with anything you needed. I loved it!!

We really enjoyed our experience at Hampton Inn. Dog friendly, great breakfast and convenient restaurant downstairs. The 24 hour coffee was one of my favorite things!!!

The hotel is in a great location right by the beach. There are good food options nearby. We got a room on the 2nd floor - do not agree to that floor! While the balcony is facing the ocean, there is a large roof somewhat obscuring the view.(I didn’t attempt to change the room because we waited for the check in and the kids immediately jumped all over the place). All other floors seemed to have nicer view. The staff was a little slow and kind of rude - they tried to tell me that they do not guarantee a check in at 4pm when I got there, wouldn’t offer an apology and kept saying “the check in starts at 4 but the room might not be ready till we finish cleaning it” - wouldn’t answer when should it be guaranteed and told me I was condescending. Finally they called the manager and he gave me free parking which was fine by me. The room which I booked for 4 people didn’t have the sheets for the couch and when we called to ask for them, it took good 30 minutes for them to be brought to the room. The breakfast was good, decent options for the family, though the yogurts are bad (no plain Greek yogurt, only sugary low protein ones). It was crowded but they had the food refilled fast so we never had to wait long. Free coffee, tea, and hot choc all day were convenient. Lots of dogs but all seemed well behaved. Parking is $10 per night. One of the elevators was broken and that caused a bit of a traffic jam downstairs. (We mostly used the stairs since we were on the 2nd floor).

The hotel was very good. Location was perfect, staff was polite, respectful and helpful, breakfast every morning was pretty good and the rooms were clean and well maintained. I would still gove 3 stars put of 5 because of the elevator. There are 9 floors and only 1 very slow elevator. Normally we wouldn't mind taking stairs. But imagine coming from beach with chairs, mats, coolers, umbrella... it was a MAJOR inconvenience. The other guests felt same. I wouldn't mind staying here again but I will be inquiring if both the elevators are working before booking.

Amazing ocean front stay
Amazing ocean front accommodations. My daughter and I spent 4 fun, relaxing, incredible days in Virginia Beach. Only issues were that one elevator was not working and the air conditioning unit in our room was kinda loud. Overall, an excellent stay.

Best place to stay with great service and views.
Excellent location and easy access to clean beach with great service and facilities like restaurants, free breakfast, indoor jacuzzi and more. Love Front desk customers service specially Hunter (Manager) and celeste was so helpful and polite which made our stay so easy and wonderful. Thank you guys . Will definitely revist again.

Loved the location to the things we wanted to do. Not happy about the check in process or the fact that I was misinformed after several conversations with the same staff member at the front desk over multiple days trying to make sure that I had a seamless check in with a service animal. Parking is a nightmare and supposedly if you don't book a suite then you can only park one vehicle in the garage. This isn't helpful when you have 2 cars and guest from different states coming in to stay together. Otherwise you are left to figure out parking yourself.

Comfortable stay, nice environment
The renovated room was cute and comfortable. Bed and pillows were great. Bathroom was spacious. Oceanfront view amazing as expected. Air conditioner worked as it should and wasn’t noisy. Spacious closet. Comfortable sofa bed to sit on. Indoor pool was small and has a capacity of 15 (noted on the wall). Thankfully the 2 days we used it, it wasn’t too busy for the most part so we had a nice play time. Breakfast was very good and open for 4 hours. We had breakfast at different times and it was crowded on both days. But moving traffic so we served and sat right away. Elevators: do wish they add more. Currently only had 2 for 10 levels to get to; could get pretty crowded and extend wait time to get on them. Well kept hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Restaurant right on the hotel had awesome vibes with a live DJ the night we dined there. Food was delicious. Very convenient.
