Stay was lovely, bathroom definitely could use some updating. Tub said it was a jacuzzi, but there was a regular tub insert. Bathroom sink leaked if you ran the water.

The rooms were clean and neat. Our stay, we did a suite with a kitchen, which was very nice. I didn't know that these particular rooms had a double entrance that you share with other guests. This can be difficult if they aren't, well, common courtesy, and slamming doors throughout all hours of the night. This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, as all the staff was great and went above and beyond! The pools were nice! The local restaurants were great! Several within a block of the hotel. I would definitely come back if I was visiting the area.

We have 8 kids & stayed in the 3 Bedroom Penthouse condo. It was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen and 2 bedrooms were on one side and then there was a suite with its own entry door on the other side. We ended up turning the locks so that they stick out of the door for easier access bc the doors are heavy and the little ones kept getting locked out while going back and forth between suites. I plan on coming back in the summer because it has great access to restaurants & a beautiful view. The gym was nice also. If you can remember, bring a rubber doorstop for this suite and all is well!

I booked and paid for a room with a balcony but wasn't given a balcony. I had to go back to check in line and wait for the correction. When I'm inconvenienced. I expect a gift or compensation because I do in my business.
