Firstly the staff were friendly however the issues we had there was probably not alot they could do, the outlook from our room on 7th floor was like a dump, also being on the 7th floor meant that everytime a lift arrived from 36 floors down was so full noone could get in even after waiting 30 minutes. We asked to be moved to a higher floor at check-in but were declined. The decor was so out-dated like an 80's motel and the facilities were like a hostel. The chairs in the buffet breakfast room were dirty, stained and some broken. We were very disappointed.
