The property was ok not enough parking spaces we had to park a block away from hotel The bathroom sink had a slow drain it was clogged the shower gurgled and water bubbles came up the drain. The second day found ants in the tub. The a c leaked on the balcony from condensation a puddle of water was always in front of the sliding door and finally someone had patched a leak about a foot by foot wide on the cealing snd didn’t bother to sand it or repaint it it looked like a kid try to repair it with all that being said we didn’t even have water or any amenities in the fridge. So it was not worth the money

Nice view that is all!

Ocean view is over-rated now days at Virginia Beach! No breakfast, you cannot smoke or even vape on balcony (what’s the point of having a balcony), parking is tight and if no parks at hotel you have to drive and park across the street in an alley, no cable, tv need to be upgraded to smart so at least people can use their streaming services like Netflix . Hotel smell funny not a clean smell! Love the once view!!!

Beautiful views of the oceanfront and boardwalk. Convenient for the music fest close by. Sunrises were spectacular with tons of dolphins all day. Easy to access beach. Felt very safe and tons to do in the area. Downside, hotel staff was parking in Handicapped parking. When mentioned staff did not change. Which we were very upset about. * Also there is live music stage next door if you want quiet, book a different hotel. We didn't mind it. Would we stay again, sure, beds were comfy, it was clean and bright. But the handicap parking should not be used by staff unless they have a placard. It is illegal.

Although the building itself is older (some spots on the ceiling, old AC unit, loose vent, slow draining tub), the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and the location is convenient for beach days and free outdoor concerts.

Hotels.Com needs to refund my money.

When I arrived my room was filthy. The AC was not working and the electrical plug was burnt. I did not stay because it wasn’t clean and with out AC it was unacceptable. Hotels.Com has not refunded my money and going forward I will not make a reservation with this company.

This hotel is a dump. IF YOU CAN AFFORD BETTER, THEN STAY BETTER. So many things wrong, idk where to start. I guess I'll start with the positives - check in was at 4, I was able to check-in at 1pm. The woman at the front desk and other people who worked at the front desk were very kind. -AC works well -beautiful ocean/boardwalk view from room. -4th of July fireworks were set off right in front of hotel Now for the cons -The hotel is DIRTY. My room was dirty. Carpets looked like they werw never cleaned

Good experience, staff was very friendly. Ocean view, amazing! Roon was clean..they offered free ice ❤.(machine)..lobby has a nice sitting area, spacious and clean. The place needs a face lift..a little update, on bedding, frest paint, etc We had the basics, which was fine . On check out day(11:00AM) we were able to park until 4PM..on a designated parking lot (ocean resorts) I liked that , we were able to do some shopping, without paying parking fee. Access to the beachfront was amazing. Overall we loved our stay @Ocean Resorts.

Great place! Nice big room and a little walk over the dune to the beach. We will be back for sure! The one thing that was a pain was that the ice machine did not work and we had to go up 4 floors to find ice. No biggie though! The picture was our view!
