I would definitely take my family again!

We booked to stay for 3 days. The view was unforgettable. The besds were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The pool could use a little updating, but were were so happy overall we stayed an extra day. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good price, great view,friendly staff and a comfty bed!!!

It’s an older building so it has a few minor structural eyesores (visible patch work in the ceiling was the main thing) but, super clean overall. It’s a great stay at the price point. Don’t expect the Sheraton for less than $100 per night. Customer Service and cleanliness made the stay worth it. The parking is limited on site however, there is an overflow lot across the street behind another establishment.

When I booked through expedia for a quick one night getaway with my husband. I was unaware the hotel was under construction. Not only were we woken up hours before check out to drilling. We were unable to bath, or brish our teeth. Our sick was leaking water. We used it to wash our hands and face, freshen up before our dinner reservations. And when we went to leave, i slipped on the puddle of water. Ruined my outfit, and hurt my back. My husband found where the leak was coming from and tightened the pipes enough to make it stop for a bit. Needless to say, i had to walk around in my pajamas. (Very embarrassing) the next morning. We were woken up by construction workers and unable to wash our bodies, or brush our teeth due to the freaking leak. We ended up cutting our trip short and going home. EPIC ROMANTIC GETAWAY FAIL

As soon as I entered the room, after checking in (within 5 min) I had placed a call to the front desk to report the fact that the tub/shower was running and was unable to be cut off. This was a not a slow leak. In fact, it was is if the knob was halfway turned on and hot water was being released. I was told by the front desk clerk that they were aware of the problem in the room and had reached out to a plumber but unfortunately it was a weekend and the plumber would not be responding. I asked about relocating to a different room and was informed they were no other rooms available as they were booked for the weekend. Upon checking in, I was not notified of their known problem nor was I offered the opportunity to be able to make a choice about my stay. I had already paid through Expedia and could not cancel my reservation without being charged. This hot water that was running for the entirety of my stay, caused mirrors and windows in the room to be fogged over. The bathroom floor was completely wet and towels had to be placed on the floor after I had slipped so as not to cause an injury. The lights in the bathroom, hallway, and beside the bed would flicker constantly if they were turned on.
