The room was wonderful and it had everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful, there is an adult pool, large kid pool, and the outdoor pools are heated. My kids were swimming outside in January!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I didn’t like that 1 of the 2 elevators were broken and the lobby was so small that it was freezing cold from the door constantly opening and closing. The drive in area was so small that you could barely park and unload without getting blocked in by the next guests coming in. The room had a draft and was cold even while the heat was running. At some point during the night we could smell someone’s smoke from another room. The area was very poorly lit from the outside and didn’t get a welcoming feeling from it when we arrived. For it to be considered a Hilton establishment, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Well, I did have a trouble with Expedia reservations booking me for a Time Share type of Hotel. On arrival , the front desk had to find the my reservation. Lucky I had all info and they fixed the trouble. They were awesome about that. Then, I was told that I was to go in the morning for a seminar about the property which I quickly declined. No problem. I found that I had to park in a lot that was half a block away and with a 2 day pass. Then, come back to the lobby to retrieve my luggage cart. Now, if you could just go to the lobby elevator, that would be great. But, you had to go outside by the pools and into another building to get to the other elevators. The room was very nice ,clean, comfortable, nice side view of the beach replenishment equipment and minor noise at 8:00 am but not a disaster. Ice machine was on even floors as I found out by the lobby saying no buckets, just bags to fill and take back to the room. I was meeting some family and told them to come to room, only to find out that I would have to direct them through the lobby etc. But they couldn't do that because you need a security card to get into the elevator. So, I met them outside. On check out, there was a discrepancy with the bill. My quoted amt was about $30 off from Expedia. Again, they were very helpful to adjust that. So, to sum it all up, I'd say it was a very nice place to stay if you are looking for a timeshare Very accommodating in every way, nice employees, some inconveniences.

This was the first hotel I’ve stayed in that didn’t serve complimentary breakfast 👎👎. There was only one elevator working inside of the hotel and also in the parking garage. The one working elevator inside of the parking garage would not let us out at floor 1, it would take us to 8 and back down to 1 but wouldn’t open. Eventually we were let out on the 2flr and took the stairs down. Other than those issues the stay was ok!

First time at this hotel and had a few inconveniences that made this stay underwhelming. Hotel had 2 elevators and one was broken during our stay. Room was a 2 bedroom suite with private balconies which were locked because they were painting. Would have been nice to know as this was a selling point during booking. Bad smell coming from the garbage disposal. Lastly the parking garage was about a block away from the hotel so a good walk to get to our room. Just a lot of little issues that added up. Not a terrible stay but not great either.

We had a villa ocean front. When we first arrived I noticed it was in a very dark and isolated area of the building. I was a bit disappointed that there was little light along he hall ways. With the hall paint and carpet being dark also, this made for a very isolated feel and of course safety concern. I hope they will consider lighting the halls better and changing the paint and carpet to a lighter color to make the area a more welcoming area. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean. There was no indpor entry way to the heated pool. The children had to walk wet from the pool into our building in the cold high winds. This became a very cold situation for the children to run from the pool to the heated building. A added entry way for children wanting to come visit in the winter months would be a nice addition. We came in the winter to Whale watch but a heated pool for children helps keep them entertained and is a nice thing to have. A heated hot tub was nice but it was for 21 and older. This area has a small indoor pool that was not being used at all. This would have been nice to allow the children to use while the adults enjoy thhot tub so we ould not have to ask other family members to watch them while enjoying the hot tub. It is just inconvenient for families. The other indoor pool beside the hot tub could have been utilized if not for the 21 adult rule. I get the rule on the hot tub but ininconven for families. I would suggest maybe open the pool not being used for children.

For a vacation club property I thought it was terrible. Had to wait for check in. We did arrive early and check in was at 4pm. Front desk said they notified the cleaning staff and they would get the room ready as soon as possible. It was after 5 pm when we were able to check in. Front desks also said guaranteed check in was at 4 pm. So…. Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Floor was dirty, like waking on sand though out the unit. Hair was in the tub in the shower. Also what looked like blood wiped on the wall behind the door in the bedroom. Was the worst place I have stay!!!
