Unfortunately the photos on line were bit deceiving. The room smelled like mildew, the furniture was older and bathroom dirt stains. Nice staff but place was good for people who couldnt afford anything else

Honestly solid experience, better condition and renovation design than anything at a similar price I've stayed at. Location is good, obviously you're going to pay 3x as much to be right on the beach somewhere as nice, but walking a block is genuinely not bad.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room looked and smelled clean. Great area for restaurants and being near the beach. Some things in the room seemed older; the light shades had small stains on them. The TV didn't work, and casting to it wasn't an option. The paint/surface of the tub was worn/peeling.

Our stay at Oceans was really nice the services were great, very helpful when our tv didn’t work they moved us to another room. Excellent room service. Very convenient to everything in the Va Beach area. I would recommend staying there. I plan to visit again next year.

The rooms were much nicer than anticipated from looking at the outside. The staff was super friendly. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were flat. I would stay here again, but bring my own pillows.

It was a fantastic place to stay at. Very clean. Only thing was there was no body soap in the shower dispenser in the bathroom other than that we enjoyed ourselves

Everything was good except for limited parking. Also there many vagrants and people yelling during the night around the property and there's a lot of noise from pacific avenue when my family was trying to sleep. It's hard to judge Ocean 2700 from these things because they can't control them. They could have indoor rooms but that's not possible without serious renovations.

The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The outside of the property is kind of a little deceiving as the rooms are extremely nice for this price point and actually correspond to the pictures advertised. Very impressed with the staff and room I extended my stay for several days and they made this an easy process.

Nice Hotel, free parking
The Hotel is just one block away from the beach, has plenty of free parking, the rooms are very clean, and the staff are very friendly and professional. Also very good rates compared to other Oceanfront hotels a block away Highly recommended.
