The manager was extremely rude. Yelling at people in my group when they were simply asking for the door to be repaired. The batteries in the door were dead. We kept getting locked out of the room. The manager said we couldn't leave the room after 11, because she was going home. The bathrooms were filthy. She said no one was available to clean them. She also hung up on me twice when I asked for a refund since we had to leave the hotel to find a place we could actually go in and out of. We went to the beach to enjoy the beach. Not sit in a room because of a broken door

Best Surprise in VA Beach!!
This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. We had a short overnight girls trip, to the beach and pick this hotel due to price. I was fearful that it wouldn't be nice and would be run down. The staff was super friendly and helpful when asking directions around town. I was so impressed that this will be on my list of places to stay.

Rooms dirty, moldy, stinky.. I can't believe I even payed for this dump!! I'll never stay here or use your service again.You guys should be ashamed of yourself.. illegal immigrants talking in front of my door loudly till 3 in the morning on the phone..No maid service for 3 days..It was so bad..I should of got my money back..i was scared to walk barefoot on the floor in fear of getting a disease..

Staff was very nice! Our room was perfect, zero issues! It’s about 1 or 2 blocks from the beach. We will definitely stay here again. My ONLY complaint was a trash man, or dumpster man coming to collect early in the morning (like 4am?) right outside of our room lol, but we went back to sleep then. Wasn't a huge deal to us, but I know that may be a con for some, so figured Id share. Otherwise, everything is perfect!

Great experience hotel wise
Overall great stay. The people who work there have great attitudes and greet you with a smile. No problems at all. Pretty clean only thing is could have used more pillows but that's about all I can say about it that's anywhere near negative and I think it's a great hotel especially for the price which beats most other hotels especially at the ocean front. I recommend for sure for sure.

Clean, quiet close to beach
Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Room was basic but clean. Location was ideal for beach and boardwalk. It was quiet. Good deal for the $$, although the $12 resort fee was absurd given that no way was this any sort of resort. We are allowed to keep our car in their parking lot after we checked out while we enjoyed a few more hours on the beach, which we appreciated. We’d stay again.
