The Space:
As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious bedroom featuring a king-size bed. The living area is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and essential cookware. A cozy couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. Step out onto the balcony to take in stunning views of the beach and boardwalk. Linens, bath towels, and Wi-Fi are all provided for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the condo and the resort amenities. Enjoy the heated indoor pool, updated exercise equipment, and a hot tub with stunning views.

The Neighborhood:
Virginia Beach Boardwalk
This iconic 3-mile boardwalk is perfect for walking, biking, or just soaking up ocean views. With restaurants, shops, and attractions like the King Neptune statue, there’s something for everyone.

Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center
Just a short drive away, this aquarium offers fascinating exhibits on marine life, an adventure park with zip lines, and boat tours to see dolphins in their natural habitat.

First Landing State Park

Winter Renovations Notice:
From October 21, 2024, to April 1, 2025, exterior building renovations, including balcony work, will be underway. Interior hallways and the front parking lot will also be affected, with work completed in sections.
No pets or smoking are allowed, including on balconies. A $100 refundable deposit is required at check-in, and guests must be 21 or older to book. Check-in is strictly at 5:00 PM.
Cancellations incur a $50 fee for deposit refunds (excludes Airbnb bookings).
