Last minute changes due to elevator broken. Due to medical needs unable to climb stairs. Ended up renting a ground floor room at twice the price. We had a place to stay and it worked out.

Kind staff. Clean, well stocked facilities, wonderful common area and breakfast. The hot tub was closed on the morning we checked out which was frustrating since we hadn’t had time to use it during our stay and planned to before we left. If it was planned maintenance, it should have been communicated upon arrival. We ran out of towels but easily were able to get more. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again or recommend!

We stayed 4 nights. Normal service of rooms is after 3 days. We asked for service after 2 days and only towels were added. We had to ask for coffee every day. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. But overall price/quality below what it should be.

Cookies upon check in was a great touch. Good breakfast. The breakfast guy was super friendly! Our heater was not working properly. No matter how low we put it, it was blasting. I think it was registering temps from outside not in the room. So not was overly hot until we turned it off. But then got too cold. Also the bed is too soft. When two ppl sleep you roll into each other.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Only negative was that hotel staff was trying to check if the room was cleaned, didn't knock to ask if the room was occupied and used their key to just open our door while we were in the room.

Could be better......
We traveled to this area for a wedding. We called ahead to ask about checking in an hour early, and were told they could not guarantee. This made complete sense, and ended up not being an issue. However, we arrived after the advertised check-in time only to find that our room was not ready. When my wife expressed her concern that we needed time to get ready for the wedding, the front desk clerk asked a lady named Louise for assistance. Her response to my wife was "I can't help you" and she walked off. The clerk, who was very friendly, ended up just giving us a different room, which would have been acceptable right away. The rudeness that Louise showed was unacceptable. The rest of the stay was fine. The breakfast was quite good and the room was comfortable.
