The room we stayed, noisy wooden floor, bed bugs and terrible parking! We got blocked in by 2 cars and had wait for half an hour for the driver to move his car so we could drive out! For the price we paid! Not happy!!

The services were not up to standard. The students that are there on work experience should have the rooms they clean checked by a supervisor. Somedays we were not left toilet paper or bath mat. I had to keep asking for these. The two cup and saucer that in the room when we arrived were not replaced when the room was cleaned. At one stage I was drinking my cup of tea out of the milk jug which came on the breakfast tray. Three days of the week we did not get any cereal yet we had a jug of milk on the tray. The Television had a poor reception. The last day we were getting channel one on all of the first three channels. The floor could have done with a dry dust mop or a wet mop. We liked the balcony which we could open and allow fresh breeze to flow through. The staff that we did deal with were very helpful and willing to provide for our needs when asked.

Decent, clean room and friendly staff. Don't really like the door lock for the room though, it's a bit flimsy and difficult to unlock with the key. The breakfast provided was decent and basic. Would be nice to have some fruit as well... whatever fruit is in season.

Room had cockroaches, there was no tea, coffee or sugar, or soap, towels were smelly, could not close the bathroom . Did not have any Television and there was no Air Condition in the room. Bed was very uncomfortable and we could not have breakfast due to the overall hygiene and there was very little food left around 8 am when we got to there. Very disappointed for the amount we paid and the room we got, please do not recommend this hotel to anyone, Thank you

Nothing. The freaking lift did not work. Was on 5th floor. Had to walk down the flight of stairs. Could not climb stairs so was given room103. No chair to sit and eat breakfast. Cockroachs everywhere. Worst hotel. I have ever stayed.

Slow check-in, admittedly late at night (11.30 pm, flight delayed),but only one person on duty for the queue; no QR code in room to access Room Service - I had to go to Reception to get service - food was luke warm when it arrived. On the other hand, the taxi I ordered through the hotel waited over an hour for my delayed flight - thank goodness.
