This is my favorite place to stay in Waco. It’s very close and convenient to the college. It’s always clean and the staff are the friendliest. Absolutely love staying here.

The staff texted me earlier in the day. I really appreciated this since I booked through Expedia and have had trouble checking in before at other places. The pool was great. Plenty of options at breakfast. Room was clean. It’s in the trafffice circle opposite near Health camp, so a great central location convenient to get to Baylor or other Waco things. Highly recommend!

The first room I was placed in was extremely dirty, the front desk clerk was very nice and immediately put us in another room. This room was better but not a place I would likely stay again. The lady who puts the breakfast foods out looked miserable and annoyed if anyone needed anything. The breakfast consist of waffles, very thin bacon, fake eggs, cereal, yogurt & coffee.

Impressed and highly recommend
The location was great with easy access to freeway and local spots we were visiting. Everyone from front desk to room service and dining areas were always happy and ready to help in any way. Very efficient with meeting any inquiry or request. Having one access to the parking lot gated to minimize traffic offered a nice safety aspect the pool areas were cleaned daily and the breakfast offerings were plentiful.

Unhappy experience
We had to change rooms because of the visible mold in the AC unit. Youngest one got sick with hives and couldn’t breathe. I had to take medicine for asthma and we all had burning eyes. Attendant at breakfast was impolite and rude to my us. We left and went to another hotel.
