I stayed here a few years ago but conditions of the hotel have definetely deteriorated. The entire hotel has a smoke smell, microwave was dirty, fire alarm had a bag covering it, probably from a previous guest. Breakfast is included, but would not recommend it especially if traveling with family.

I would avoid this place!
Highly disappointed in this stay and the first time I’ve ever left a bad review. This places rooms reeked of smoke and weed even though it is a none smoking facility. They say they provide breakfast but they didn’t because apparently the water in the dining area was “out”. At first arriving the desk clerk was highly unfriendly and slightly rude. Extremely old and outdated.

When I worked with Crystal she was amazing, very helpful. However the other front desk lady I spoke to was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at us when we informed her that the ac wasn’t really working, and didn’t even try to help us with it. The Wi-Fi didn’t really work. And there was no breakfast. I went down there at 8am to no food, but there was supposed to be complementary breakfast.

The property was outdated. However, friendly staff. Needed more sitting space downstairs. Rooms outdated but for the price it’s understandable. Some people lived there based on weekly rates. I would still recommend it if you want to save money.

Very dirty, people tearing apart cars and working on them right next to the hotel. Parties at the exit doors, black bananas and warm OJ for breakfast, crickets swarming all over the room, outlets were not working for phone chargers. Do not recommend!!!

Tv wasnt working. One side of the bed was majorly dipped in. Curtain was hanging. Bad lighting. Evening front doesnt look like she cared about her job and was more intetested on being on her phone

Hotel is old. No safety rails in bathtub. Only two of possible three electric outlets worked - one in bathroom and one in a light near the bed. The other bed light and its outlet did not work. Breakfast had stale bread. Staff at front desk just plain didn’t care. I was originally given a room that hadn’t been cleaned and people hadn’t checked out. Bathroom vents brought in smoke from people smoking in the next room.

Staff seemed to be trying hard. Friendly. Helpful. Carpet filthy, shabby, smelled bad. Hallways smelled like marijuana. Location seemed very run down. Bugs. There were so many crickets, they were singing in the lobby. Convenience to Baylor University was a big plus but I'd sooner stay farther away because the hotel was so run-down.

The hotel smelled like smoke, even the room. When we entered the lobby the place smelled like weed and there were people inside smoking. We got to the room and the linen, towels and room over all smelled like cigarettes. The smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag which was shadym the window was open and it was just horrible. The cleanliness was ok and just ok because the floor had sticky stuff on it. Overall I would not recommend this place.

Really enjoyed my peaceful stay at this room. Coming in, staff was very friendly and helpful. Crystal is an Angel. Rooms are clean, quiet, and roomy. Great place with a great price.

Horrible nver again
Horrible at 10pm check in lobby smelt like marijuana very strong. The hallway carpets very dirty old and smelt. The room floor had a soft spot almost felt like it was cave in and room smell not pleasing at all. Nothing like they are posting on pictures.
