Waikoloa Villa B202 promises guests exceptional sunsets and amazing golf course views. Overlooking the 9th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones designed Waikoloa Village Golf Course, this condo delivers with two pools and spas on site.

Waikoloa Villa B202 features two bedrooms and two baths with an open living area to enjoy. The Master bedroom features a king-sized bed with Smart TV and internet access. The second bedroom is an open loft with plenty of privacy. The living area offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space which opens onto the private lanai. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for easy access.

Waikoloa Village features two pools and spas surrounded by lush tropical foliage, fruit trees, and flowers. On the golf course, means easy access for golfers to enjoy a round on the links. Tennis courts are also onsite. The complex is a 15-minute walk to the local grocery store and restaurants and only 10 minutes to the beach at A-Bay (Waikoloa Beach Resort).

Nice and Quiet
Very comfortable, convenient location, unit well stocked with dishes and utensils, beach chairs and awning. Would be nice if some local TV channels were available instead of only streaming aps.

We brought a few CDs of Hawaiian music, but no cd player in the room. While dinner at lanai, listening hawaiian music would be the best. Exept above we spent very wonderful time, thank you. Seiji

Lock box not too easy to work. TV didn't work until Daisy came out to fix connection. Should have been checked before arrival. Wifi showed as "insecure" during most of stay, so certain internet connections didn't work. Kitchen counters had wood instead of surface shown on line. Dryer and washer could have been cleaner. We might look for a more recently redone unit next time.

The property had a great view. Accessing the condo was not easy, 3 lock boxes and a dark entry not very helpful, flashlight not helpful too dim. The condo was pretty dusty light fixtures etc. and dirty under the downstairs bedroom when we plugged the bedside table light in. Supplies were adequate for party of two . Love rentals has always been very good about communicating. They are very easy to get in touch with and very helpful, I stayed in a condo last year that I rented from them that was very clean so was a little disappointed in the condition of this condo

Lots of space. My husband was able to do some work from the desk located in the condo. About 20-25minutes to the beach but enjoyed the pool on the property! Overall, a great base for the week!

Convenient to explore North West side of Big Island
We had everything we needed in the kitchen at this rental, and it was nice to have laundry. It was convenient to explore the white sand beaches as well as for a day trip to Pololu Valley. There are partial sunset views towards the ocean over the trees from the balcony. There is a grocery store and gas station very nearby. Area felt safe for jogging even at dawn or dusk. Price was reasonable. We did not notice supplies for beach trips (other than towels), but maybe we overlooked them.

Stay here for the sunset golf course and distant ocean view. The place is showing it’s age, but is roomy, comfortable, quiet and feels safe. It is close to great beaches and was a great value.

The property was fine except wind was bad for 4 days.
Our check in was a nightmare as for three days prier, I tried to get the info and kept being told that info had been sent but I never got it. I kept telling them that the must of had the wrong Email, to no avail. Finally as we can't get into the property and are at the golf club eating I got an email with the info. Also were in the second before we found all the towels and clothes and they were all stuffed in the cloths dryer.

Two satisfying weeks on the Big Island of Hawaii!
Aloha! I was at a loss because I didn't know how to check in, but other than that, it was a wonderful environment! I was able to enjoy golf, pool, BBQ and sea, and a wonderful sunset. In addition, we want to stay if there is opportunity! thank you very much.
