I like this hotel's breakfast compared to the other hotels in the same chain.

The location is perfect for getting around town, there’s a bus right in front of the hotel, the rooms have everything you need minus a microwave, but there is one on the 7 floor for use. Room cleaning is every 3 days. Overall no issues

Great hotel with a view to the Wakayama castle. We will go back there in the future.

I think this hotel ranks as one of the best I've ever stayed at during my times in Japan. It's one minute from train station. Great staff, helpful, large rooms (for Japan).

Really clean business hotel. Breakfast was decent, room was clean. Super close to JR station.
