It took about 20 minutes for me to get checked in with my reservation. Waited approximately 30 minutes for the two couples in front of me to get checked in. Asked for fresh towels and never received them. Haas to go downstairs each day to the front desk to get ice. Stayed here 3 nights

It was a very clean, updated room with a mini frig. We requested a microwave which was brought in to the room. Nice lake view. Front desk staff very accommodating.

In a suburb of Boston. It being on a lake is nice for a morning walk or run. The shape of the building wasn’t terrible but could use an update. It felt safe and not too out of the way. The value is okay but depending on when you book you can probably find somewhere nicer. I enjoyed my time though.

Room was extremely dirty. Carpet was stained really bad. AC was really dirty and dusty. Bathroom sink had cracks in it. Microwave and fridge both didnt work. The bed was okay. Definitely did not feel comfortable being there. Manager did nothing to try and help resolve the problem besides apologize or credit of some sort even tho it made us leave a night early. I would never stay here again.

It had a beautiful view of the pond in Wakefield. My room faced the pond on the second level! I stayed in the fall and left my window open so k could hear the frogs singing at night and then a few birds and ducks in the morning. It is a well loved hotel and is showing its age. But internet worked great and the view was very nice!

Took a chance on this hotel and was very satisfied. All staff were very nice and appeared to enjoy their jobs, which is both unusual and refreshing. Tried the restaurant for dinner and it was very good, and well worth the money. I was disappointed to see that breakfast wasn't offered until 7:00 a.m., so I wasn't able to eat before I checked out. It's a little rickety, but very clean. I will be going back when I need to stay in that area.

Nice location with view of the lake, best to reserve a lakeview room if possible. Complimentary breakfast. Mostly quiet except some activities in the bar on weekend nights. Could use some updates and TLC but good option for short stopover in the Wakefield area.
