The staff and accommodation were great but I got sick from the food not only this time but the last time I stayed at Mantra Tullamarine. I had the cured meats, dip and crackers this time and the chicken risotto the last time and was sick with diarrhea all night. I only got about an hour or two of sleep because I was sick on the toilet. I’m not sure what’s different because I’m a returning customer who usually stays at Mantra Tullamarine when I’m in the area. I haven’t been sick all the other times I’ve stayed there apart from the last two times.

the lady that checked me in at reception was a bit rude. didn’t smile or make me feel welcomed. also i called and asked for my room to be cleaned & bed made. i left my room for multiple hours & came back no one had come to my room. overall rate my stay a 4/10

Room was okay. Bed was comfortable. The parking was ridiculous. If you went out and come back in you would have to keep going into reception for a new parking ticket. Wouldn’t stay here again because of this.

Very Nice Room
Really nice room, bed, tub, and shower. The room I stayed in was really warm. I had difficulty sleeping because of it. I couldn't figure out the AC or it might have been broken. But I never raised this as an issue with the staff, so they weren't given the opportunity to fix it while I was there.
