We really liked this place and would not hesitate to book here again.
Pros: Nice quiet location with a super-friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts were good and the place was really quiet at night. It also has a really nice, good-sized indoor pool. It’s located just on the outskirts of the town so there’s plenty of shopping and lake access in a very short walking/driving distance. Best of all, loons in the lake!
Cons: The rooms, or at least the one we had, are a bit dated. Everything certainly looked clean, but definitely a bit worn down. One special note, for those getting the ‘economy’ room (307?); the bathroom needs some rework. The shower could fit 4 people easily, but the toilet is unbelievably low and is jammed into a corner, making the ‘sit down’ experience a bit of an adventure. I’m 5’ 8” and 225 lbs., and it was definitely an ‘issue.’ If you’re bigger than me, avoid this room until they redo the bathroom. Definitely not enough to take a star off, but something you and they should be aware of.
