Amazing location and staff! The views were beyond expectations. We’ve always wanted to stay here and Christmas was the perfect time! We watched the UT game in the lobby with other guests and had a blast! Will definitely stay here again! Our family loved it!

We had breakfast at the buffet here on our second morning. The host was kind and seated us at a table, but no server came even after we got our food and sat down. Eventually, we flagged down a passing male server to request drinks. That server brought the drinks but never returned to our table, even by the time I went to the counter to pay. It felt like a waste to leave a tip for someone who only brought drinks; honestly, I didn’t want to tip at all. Also, I hope they clean the spout of the coffee pot. If the manager reads this, they will surely notice the coffee stains that have built up around it.

Wonderful family vacation!
We loved Park Vista! The hotel & service was amazing. At check-in there was a bell service that helped get your bags to your room. The room was clean with plenty of room. We loved the pool & hot tub area! The restaurants downstairs were convenient when we didn't want to go back out after a long day..food was good. We saw a bear from our balcony!! Best advice I can give is absolutely make sure there is nothing in your vehicle that they might smell. We watched it open a car door & drag things out. Overall awesome time & we will stay again!

Ronnie at the front Desk was so very pleasant, professional, and kind. He was very knowledgeable with the area and helpful with any issues and questions. The in-hotel dining was excellent and the Elevators were very fast, so you were never waiting long to get down and up to your room.

We come here multiple times a year and definitely every Christmas. Love all the decorations for christmas. My family decided starting next year they want to try another hotel as this one is getting pretty dated , really dislike the parking fee now. This hotel is not convenient in anyway to walk anyway. Also with a child with dog allergies it has made it difficult to continue coming here since the rooms are not separated for pets and you cant get all of the dog hair and dander out of the rooms. I dont see a difference in non smoking rooms ( back in the day) vs non pet rooms.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The food served at the hotel was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to all tastes. My room was spacious and well-maintained, featuring two king beds that provided plenty of comfort. It was also very clean, which I always appreciate. The hotel is situated in a great location, with lots to do nearby, from shopping to dining and entertainment. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent amenities and a prime location. I will definitely be returning!
