Love this property. Walking distance to MetroNorth, and surrounded by much of what u may need. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed, but in the midst of a pandemic surge what can you do. Perfect fo a weekend getaway if you dont drive.

Courteous Staff, Dirty Room
We were originally scheduled to stay 2 nights on property but changed the reservation immediately after checking in. It was late evening when we arrived but if we had come earlier, we would not have stayed. The room was poorly cleaned. There I went to use the restroom and happened to move the shower curtain the floor was filthy and had a lot of hair. There was even small hairs on the bathroom sink and shower. The back shower wall still had what look led some uncleaned soap scum. To the housekeeping teams credit, the floor was hard to clean because of the flooring material. I tried to hand mop the floor with lysol wipes to pick up some of the hair and dirt and it was hard to get up but still possible. We stayed here once before our of necessity and the room was decent and not this dirty. We checked out as soon as we woke up and got ourselves together.
We had a nice stay. The free wifi was strong enough to run a Zoom call for several hours. Parking is across the street in a paid lot, $15/5+ hours. The neighborhood is commercial and convenient for driving to where we needed to go. We did not see a single other guest while there. Very peaceful stay. Front desk folks were very kind.
This hotel is not in the safest neighborhood I would Not walk alone.
When we checked in, the elevator was broken. We were instructed to use the service elevator we had to wait 15 minutes to get on the very small & dirty elevator. Our room had dust on the desk and black hair around the sink. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. The hotel needs to be up to date. The lobby is pretty, but the rooms need to be updated.
Good location in downtown Bridgeport, close to food and coffee. Lobby looks very nice as well, great check-in experience and comfortable bed. Both guest room floor and guest room itself had terrible, very strong mildew smell that didn't dissipate for the entire stay just about. Sorry, not a good stay overall.
