The staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is great with just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely visit again.

Excellent service especially the hospitality we received from Scott at Breakfast daily. The view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks display did not disappoint.

I have stayed here before. Yes, rooms are small but it is cheap, clean and very conveniently located in the heart of Causeway Bay. You have shopping, dining and the MTR on your doorstep. Safe. Staff are pleasant and friendly. WIFI worked well. Hot shower and air conditioning. Hong Kong is not cheap. There is a lot to do. I was hardly at the hotel. All I wanted was a convenient, clean and safe centrally located hotel with friendly staff. I could come back each night, shower, sleep and get up the next morning and go out again. The small negative are the disposable towels which were not great. Other than that, I would recommend.
