A disappointing stay
Booked this hotel for golf, 7 days prior to our stay they me that the golf club is closed due to fireworks. I still had to call Miguel due to the nature of the non refundable option. The extractor fan in the room does not switch off so noise all throughout the night and apparently all the rooms are the same as it was a design fault. Coffee machines were down, so again a little disappointed. This hotel has such potential but I would suggest the people who are running it, don’t stay in hotels and really understand the attention to detail.

Consistent standards and friendly staff. Food good, leisure facilities excellent. Both golf courses are a pleasure to play on. Lots of parking and lovely area. One small negative for us although it doesn’t stop us visiting frequently are the beds are rather hard for our liking.

Staff were lovely but not enough!
The staff we did speak to at The Warwickshire were extremely helpful and accommodating, however there did seem to be an issue with the number of staff during our stay. We waited until 3pm to check in and there were about 7 other groups/families waiting too. There was one poor girl on reception who was having to walkie-talkie to the duty manager to see if rooms were ready. When we went through to our room, cleaners were still frantically working down the corridor. Same at breakfast and dinner. The staff were lovely but we really had to search around to find someone to ask for drinks, or to know if more items were coming to the buffet. The pool facilities were great, with towels and locker keys available to borrow. It was clearly signposted that the steam room was out of use from reception all the way down to the pool. Unfortunately, there was no mention of the children’s pool being closed, and we watched as the faces of a few solo-parents drop when they realised they’d got babies and toddlers all ready for swimming and there was nowhere to swim! Room was comfortable with a great shower and very quiet.

The hotel did not live up to its expectations, we were expecting a country type hotel with comfortable sofas and a good restaurant area . The breakfast was of a poor standard for the price we paid and could have been much better. The big plus at breakfast was the very helpful person called Chris Day who was polite , helpful and nothing was to much to ask , he is a credit to your hotel.

Unfortunately the WiFi did not work in our room for the duration of our stay. Nor was there any mobile signal. Busy with members of the public using leisure facilities. Lots of young children so not a relaxing stay We also paid for breakfast but weren’t told about breakfast hours when we checked in so we missed it Asked for a refund and was told no. Very you g inexperienced front of house staff Could’ve benefitted from a more senior member of staff to deliver some customer service when things weren’t right rather than a shrug of shoulders All in all a disappointing stay and wouldn’t rebook here

Fab little break for family’s
Lovely hotel! Very family friendly and relaxed without losing its high standard. The children’s pool was so warm like a bath which is lovely and how children’s pools should be. Staff were super polite and helpful

This place deserves 5 stars but the wifi in the room sadly let it down, I was told it can be unstable and that the best place to access was in reception which is not really ideal. Everything else was fantastic, the facilities were top class loved my swim, jacuzzi, sauna and steam. The room was spotless and elegantly decorated and the breakfast was delicious. Plenty of parking en site. Grounds look lovely but haven't explored.

Great hotel. Basic menus and bought in food but perfectly serviceable. When we stayed there it was all golf groups - made and female - excellent for that short of thing. We went as a couple and had a thoroughly nice time. Bedrooms are modern and cool with large showers. 10 mins away from the Stoneleigh showground and only 15 mins to Coventry or Royal Leamington Spa.

Had a lovely 2 night stay at the hotel. Facilities are great with good sized swimming pool as well as 2 childrens pools and seperate spa area with heated pool, sauna and steamroom. Also 2 bars as well as restaurants. Access to several golf courses. Room was lovely. Spacious and well equipped. Plenty free parking on site and easy enough to get a taxi into centre of warwick which took about 10mins. Nice quiet area and staff all very accomodating.
