This place is clean, friendly staff, good breakfast in the AM and a comfortable room. The only problem I had this time was not necessarily the hotels fault. Only partially their fault. There were some people in my hallway that were behaving like they were home having freedom to be as crazy and loud as they want! Sunday night kids were running up and down the hallway screaming. At one point when it started someone ran down the hall screaming a blood chilling horror film level scream “help help help someone help me!!” I thought some was being murdered in the hallway. I was nervous about opening the door to help because I didn’t know if there was a homicidal maniac loose in the hotel‼️Then the craziness continued. I don’t like being that “Karen” that reports people but in this case I should have. I thought for sure the hotel staff would shut it down but nope, it continued!! The next morning about 0730-0800 they were insanely loud shouting, kid(s) running back & forth parents shouting & screaming. I’ve never experienced anything quite like this! I thought for sure they would be told to have respect for other guests! But no…they continued. I sarcastically made a comment to the front desk person when I got back with my dinner “is the daycare asylum closed yet?” I may come back here but these awful people really need help & have me questioning whether I want to take a chance or not.

it all stood out to me as really good. i'd say great and beyond. room, staff and amenities and more; front desk. breakfast. the house keeping services and the house keepers, A+. everybody is so nice, polite, friendly and accommodating. it's always clean and the rooms are very nice. and the best part, it's really safe here. i gave it 5 stars because this hotel has earned it, truly. no complaints at all. thank you to each and every staff/member at the Comfort Inn in Falls Church.
