The Grand Hyatt is in an amazing location, with on-property access to the Metro Center. The good: Very clean, very nice staff, nicely sized rooms, and safe. The (sort of) bad: No vending machines and the stores close relatively early, no cold water, and the restaurants are very expensive ($32 for breakfast buffet, extra $10 on weekends if you want to add the egg station), over $100 for two burgers and two drinks BEFORE tip. Fortunately, there are lots of good restaurants nearby.

Hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. When asking the front desk for a suggestion on a late night bite to eat the only thing they suggested was a Wawa. That was disappointing,we did find something else instead, but it would have been nice if they could have recommended better options within the area than a chain convenience store. Maybe some training for employees on what options there are around to direct people too.
