When booking through Expedia I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR. Had to express our unsatisfying room that we got because it did not house the amount of people that we paid for. The hotel staff gave us a "free upgrade" to give us what we paid for. But our first room one of the beds were broken. Also an additional parking fee that wasn't mentioned. Awful time for our birthday trip to see Pittsburgh!!! Also the " breakfast" is a bunch of frozen foods.

I thought bed was very comfortable. Room was nice. The air kept making an annoying noise. The shower head was ruff. It had some mold and green gunk all on it. Some mold around the tub. Besides that overall it was good and will would go back. Breakfast was really good!

Ugh....the front of the building is beautiful and the lobby is nice. But once you get into the elevator...it's all downhill. Just smells old and dingy. Then we got off on our floor and the halls smell like old cleaner and the carpet doesn't look vacuumed. Then the room...worse smell! Air conditioner was so grimy and dirty inside where you can plainly see the dirt - that's literally blowing cold air out into the room. The couch had stains on it. My sheet had a tiny red stain. The bathroom had pink mildew on the corners and the shower curtain wouldn't fully close..it just fell to the middle. So strange. The breakfast was good! But, not coming back for sure.

I was annoyed by the fact I had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot even tho I was a guest. Plus there were homeless people looking through the garbage cans. Made my family uncomfortable and feel unsafe. I was worried that my car was going to be broken into(didn't) You may want to waive the parking fee for guests. And perhaps update the security of the lot. Dont charge guests to park in a lot where they feel unsafe and worry about their car all night.

The staff was great. Very accommodating and helpful. However the hotel itself was in bad shape. The air conditioner leaked and our carpet was soaked. We have an infant, so had to switch rooms. The new room was dry but the ac did not work well. The wallpaper outside of the elevator on the 3rd floor was peeling and the carpet was soaked, making the elevator floor very slippery. When we checked out there was an active leak in the lobby coming from the ac vent. We all felt like we had a chest cold upon leaving the hotel. I’m guessing full of mold due to all of the water leaks. The staff did say a huge renovation is about to take place. I wouldn’t stay here again under the current conditions.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was clean & filled with plenty of good food. Could use more tables and chairs. Overdue for much needed renovations. Rooms are filled with old stained stinky carpets. Sensor temperature control is ridiculous. Room was too hot and smelled of mildew. Pandemic is over. Time for housekeeping to bring fresh towels daily, take out garbage & make beds.

Worst IHG hotel experience ever
The night staff is horribly rude, the room Had stains all over the bed, no towels, the ac didn’t work, the fridge we had to fix to get to work, and the whole floor smelled like pot and the hotel is non smoking but the wouldn’t do anything about it, but say well we will look into it
