Good hotel
This hotel was a good choice. It was clean and comfortable. Road noise was a drawback, cars driving over a grill/grate in the evenings and mornings was noisy. Parking is valet only and expensive ($45 per night plus a fee). Have stayed in other hotels in the area and will probably go back to them next time as parking is free. Didn’t like the bathroom light coming on in the middle of the night: triggered by a sensor. Beds were comfortable and appreciated the cotton linens.

Great Place to Stay
The rooms at the Hyatt Centric are spacious and well-appointed. The hotel has a great location, practically across the street from the Rosslyn Metro Station so it's easy to get in and out of DC, yet it's near great restaurants if you want to stay in Rosslyn.

We were met by the most rude, unempathetic front desk personnel, all of them showed a complete lack of patience. We had a reservation through Expedia that they were unwilling to find until they got a phone call from and Expedia agent. My family had to wait for an eternity and when they finally found the reservation they treated us with disregard and disrespect.
