Conveniently located on Coral Canyon Golf Course this 2,600 square ft, 4 Bd 3.5 Ba house will be your base camp for all your Southern Utah adventures. Minutes from I-15, easy access to shopping and dining in St. George, hiking and canyoneering in Zions National Park, kayaking and fishing at Quail Creek, ATV and boating at Sand Hollow, lots of mountain biking trails, easy access to Utah's best golfing. This is the place to stay for all of your Southern Utah adventures! After a day of adventures, relax in the two large community pools, which are heated in winter and hot tubs that are a couple minutes walk from the home.

Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, large island, gas stove, oven, microwave, small appliances including a coffee maker, griddle, rice cooker, and blender as well as all the needed dishes and utensils. Perfect for family events and entertaining. Kitchen/dining area seats 12. The outdoor gas BBQ and table and chairs expand the dining area and cooking options.

The large comfortable family room features a comfortable sectional couch and large flat screen smart TV with Netflix provided. Perfect for relaxing with a movie after a day of adventures.

High speed WiFi is available throughout the house for all your connected devices.

Our family of 9 had a great stay at this condo. All the rooms were large so plenty of room to move around. The younger two children enjoyed the pool. The location was good for the activities we were there for. All in all, we had a great time.

Perfect GetAway
Comfortable, clean, home, perfect for our stay. Great location for a jumping off spot for many activities. The neighborhood is great for walking dogs with grassy areas where they can potty. A lot of areas just have rocks which our dogs hate. Great fast communication and simple check-in process

Great home away from home!
We had a great time, a group of 14 teens and a handful of adults. There was plenty of space for all of us. The community seemed nice as we walked to and from the pool. The girls loved the pool it was nice to have two so the crowed was spread out!!

Wonderful Stay on Razor Ridge
This was the perfect location for our family get together. We had children of all ages. The pool, clubhouse and fishing pond, gave us things to do in the evening without having to get in the car. The location to the parks, restaurants, stores was easy and close. The house and clean and perfect bed and bathroom set-up. The host was easy to communicate with quick responses. They are 5 star. We would definitely book again.

Great vacation getaway
Beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything you need is furnished. Kayaks, booster seat, pack n play, lawn chairs. We were the only ones in the two heated pools and two heated hot tubs most mornings and evenings. Host was very responsive when we had a question about the heat. We will be booking this again next year!! You will not be disappointed

We had a few families share this place and enjoyed our time immensely. Close to St. George and Zion NP. Pool was close and a lot of fun. We were able to go out and see a lot of sights and come back and chill. Owners were very responsive and helpful.

Great home and community, close to Zion NP
The home is large and comfortable. There's plenty of space for multiple generations (we had 3). Less than an hour to Zion and all the majesty found there and close to St. George for all the conveniences. Scott and Jessie are fantastic hosts and if the opportunity arises again, we would stay at their place again.

Graduation
This was the best experience we have ever had with VRBO. The home was beautiful and spacious and had absolutely everything one could need. The pool and clubhouse where also in pristine condition. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Our daughter graduated from Rocky Vista Medical school. This home definitely helped make this occasion even more special. I would highly recommend! Wish I could give 20 stars!

Comfortable nice house
We had good things to say and some suggestions for the owners. First, the home is beautiful. It’s nice that they supply many kitchen items such as pots, pans, griddles, a rice cooker, etc. I would hope that any vacation rental home would have these things, though. They also supply beach towels for use at the pool, which is nice! They also supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which is nice! They had some nice amenities and extras that made our stay more comfortable. I plan on messaging the owners about certain suggestions, but be aware that you may need to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels in case you run out and have 15+ people like we did. Also, just so people who rent In the future are aware, the dryer usually takes two drying cycles to fully dry a load like towels. We didn’t wash clothes, so I couldn’t say the dry time for those. Also, upstairs gets really hot, and we went at the end of April. I can’t imagine staying here in the summer. They provide a few plug-in fans, but not enough, unfortunately. The thermostat can’t be set below a certain temp, or it would cause issues with their HVAC, so upstairs was so hot. I wish they had more fans for the use of multiple guests in a room, such as multiple small fans or a bigger tower fan that oscillates. The house was a nice space for a big extended family, and I love that the dining table fit many people. They also have a nice table out back for seating, plus the sectional couch. The pool and hot tub were great! There were also some pool blow-ups in the garage (we didn’t try them out). The garage was spacious for two cars. The beds were okay; not the most comfortable but fine. I wouldn’t recommend an adult sleeping on the pullout couch in the upstairs master - my small kids slept on it fine. The area was nice and I would maybe stay here again with a large extended family in the cooler months, but unless they got fans for upstairs, which I’ll message them about, then I wouldn’t stay in hotter months. The host was responsive at first and then became less responsive. We waited for an answer on something for multiple days in a row, even after asking them something multiple times. It’s nice that there wasn’t a pet fee. Wish there was more counter space for prepping food, but at this point, nothing can be done about that. Again, overall a nice stay but many recommendations will be made to the host in a private message. We prefer this over a hotel!

Great place Amazing Hosts
We definitely enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for 3 families. Enough room for sleeping 16-18 people. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Pool was amazing and fun for everyone. Kids loved it and had so much fun. Neighborhood was nice and quite for the time we were there. Location was good and close to about everything within 5 min to grocery store and fun activities in St George. House was clean and well taken care of. 5 stars all the way around and when we look for another get away to St George area we will definitely have to book here again.
