Visually, this property is stunning. Beautiful, clean, upscale. Room is very pretty and immaculate. But it is not made for 2 people comfortably for more than 1 night. There is only 1 chair in the room. No real table or counter space. Sink space very limited. This place is ideal for an overnight stay because of it's beauty and general room comfort.

We chose the hotel because it was walkable from the Capital One Arena. The place is clean, staff are very courteous and pleasant. Food was great. The adjoining room next to us, was noisy, but the staff did their best to move us to another room. The location was a short walk from the Big Bus hop on hop off bus location too. No onsite parking, but valet is available with in and out privileges. I would recommend Riggs Hotel overall.

Really like the hotel! Great vibe on arrival, amazing lounge for cocktails and beautiful restaurant (though not many veg options), friendly staff and good service. Rooms are a little small but very comfortable. Fantastic location. Really appreciated later check-out time.

Would stay again. The late night menu is lacking so eat before you get there if you’re arriving after 10pm. Only 2 choices. Other than than staff is accommodating, dining and lobby is stylish and buzzy. My 2nd time staying and would stay again.
