Great hotel with upgrades for vip.. easy parking and views in certain rooms are great. An easy Walk to the Marina . Gym is very small with one Crosstrainer, treadmill and rower, only downside

A lovely hotel in a good location. Could do with a slightly more luxurious pool environment, but apart from that no complaints. Very friendly staff, extremely clean hotel and nice large bedrooms.

Excellent hotel, deluxe room great spacious, clean. 15 to 20 min walk to jbr strip/beach. Great location. Supermarkets very close by have everything you need them. Housekeeping daily. Nothing bad to say. Will definitely be staying here again. Polite staff. Didn't eat food or breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on that.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Right from checking in, we were greeted with such great hospitality and customer service. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning and the staff were so accommodating to my family. The location is fantastic, very accessible to the metro station, walkable to the Dubai Marina/ JBR beach and Dubai Marina Mall. If you don’t want to walk then Uber is super convenient. Without a doubt, I’d stay at this hotel again. Affordability, location and excellent service check mark all the boxes. Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay and will definitely return in the future. The staff were exceptional—friendly and attentive—and the hotel was impeccably clean. My room was stunning, featuring a balcony with a lovely view of the rooftop swimming pool. It was incredibly quiet, and the bed, along with the high-quality bedding, provided me with the best sleep I've had in years. In fact, I even enquired about the mattress and bedding manufacturer, as it was so comfortable, and the staff mentioned they get asked about it quite often! I also enjoyed the in-house café, where I had breakfast on a couple of mornings. The food was delicious, and the coffee was outstanding. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I can't wait to stay here again!

Worst hotel experience ever
Hands down this was the worst hotel experience of my life. My husband and I arrived to this hotel (having booked and pre paid for it months in advance) The reception took our passports and started all the usual check in procedures, after about 10 mins Mankish the receptionist told us there was an issue with the AC and so we could not stay there!The story then changed to the fact that the hotel was overbooked and they had no room for us...Our options were to wait in the lobby until someone checked out early, or go to one of their sister hotels 20 mins away. There wasn't even a hint of an apology, and not even a drink of water offered. Given it was the middle of the night and we were keen to get to a bed we told them we would go to their sister hotel. We were left waiting in the lobby confused for a further 30 mins as they arranged a car to take is there (still no apology). The other hotel was a much lower standard of hotel, and in a much more undesirable location. The following morning we were left waiting another 45 mins for a car to return and finish our stay at this hotel - again no apology/acknowledgement of the inconvenience we had been caused. The hotel declined to allow even a partial refund for our stay at the sister hotel as they claimed we were "no show" guests.
