I’ve been to Dubai few times and this was my first time experiencing not a great service. The location was great, however, the staff didn’t seem too friendly or willing to go out of their way. When we arrived to the hotel we weren’t greeted at the door, we were struggling with our suitcases and toddler to come up but no one got the door for us, when we tried to book an excursion the lady at the desk didn’t seem to bothered to even try and sell it to us. We had issues with having our toddlers fresh milk heated or getting it even from them, didn’t get the name of this staff but I think she was Filipino and was at the front desk of jam jars restaurant during breakfast time, I would like to say she was the only staff there that actually gave great customer service and didn’t question anything. One night at 3:45am we were woken up with a leak in the bathroom ceiling which needed to be vacuumed out by someone that made a lot of noise the person at the reception that answered my called about this issue didn’t even apologise rather he said have a good night :/ the stay was okay would’ve been great if the staff had given the customer service everyone should get from a 4 star hotel.

The hotel was modern and clean. Given the area that the hotel is located in it is reasonably priced compared to other hotels who charge a premium for the location. Staff were excellent too, the only thing that let it down was the breakfast. Options were limited and the bread/pastries were stale or hard. It would score higher if they improved the breakfast.

A great place to stay
Everything was fantastic from a free upgrade at check in to a very easy check out. All staff were fantastic and the room was very spacious with the most comfy bed. Great views and a balcony to enjoy it on. Location was handy to everywhere with the marina a 5 minute walk, same with shopping centre. 24 hour supermarket next door. James jars also did a fantastic breakfast on site.

Good stay
Overall it was a good hotel, very handy for metro and tram services. Supermarket right next door also. If you go half board the menu is the same lunch and dinner, would prefer a buffet for those like the breakfasts, they are really good. Menu a bit monotonous.
