The hotel was pretty clean and comfortable. However, there were definitely some issues we encountered while staying there. 1) The airport shuttle only runs once every hour, not every half hour, after 9am. Therefore, we arrived on a freezing cold night and had to wait over 40 minutes for the shuttle outside, while other hotel shuttles came around twice during that same period of time. 2) We stayed three nights and our room was not cleaned or serviced at all. We had to ask for refills of coffee, water, and take out our own trash. 3) There were some other issues with the room as well- the water temperature in the shower was very inconsistent, sometimes hot and sometimes cold. The heater also didn’t work properly.

The weather was bad, which was the reason for my stay. We needed a change of rooms and they were very accommodating and understanding. The 1st room was not clean and they immediately remedied it. The only complaint I have is the Restaurant staff was inconsiderate and not very accommodating at all.

Excellent hotel, large rooms and very well maintained. Self parking is $15 a day with plenty of parking spots. It’s quite convenient to reach most of the main DC area. Took 15 mins to drive to the Smithsonian. Would def stay here again.

The room refrigerator needs to be replaced. I had to throw my food away because it wouldn't keep my food cold. The flow of water in the shower created a puddle of water on the floor and flowed under the door onto the carpet because the shower curtain holes were torn and the curtain rod was curved so the shower curtain would not close completely.

This Sheraton was beautiful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was nice and clean. We had a wonderful view. Ashley at the front desk was an amazing help and her service was top notch. Great location to get in and around the DC/arlington area.
