The room was a very good size. The price was fantastic. The water pressure and temperature was amazing. The beds were incredibly comfortable but the pillows were awful. Would definitely stay here again, though.

So when I got to the property, the only place you could park to come and check in was a do not park sign, or go to the parking garage which was expensive, 8-24 hours was $32.00 a night, if you're a bon voyage member it was $15.00 but you shouldn't have to pay for parking, the hotel room was a basic room nothing to brag about, front desk guy was nice, the lobby was gorgeous, but I stayed at the Marriott in Crystal City and that was wayyyy better!

When we booked this hotel, we thought we would get a nice room for 3. Instead we got a room that did not have elevators for getting our luggage up and down. Bathroom was too small and overall was a bad experience. We want to get the room rate refunded.
