Wonderful location, staff and stay. Pleasantly surprised, we had a family vacation with our 11 year old son. Hotel was wonderful in amenities, location is very convenient and staff go beyond their duties to make you feel welcomed. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are comfy and clean.

The room and all areas of the hotel were very clean and well organized. The staff was very professional and friendly. A special shout-out to Kamal, who greeted us outside the hotel when we got there and was incredibly helpful in getting us oriented, watching our car while we checked in and cleaned up to leave for our appointment, and helping us with the parking options and situation around the hotel.

Property location, room condition, facilities anvailable and breakfast restaurant excellent. Check in staff Saturday afternoon was not friendly and borderline rude at front desk. There were no other guests checking in and three open areas to check in. The first two men ignored me while I stood in front of them. They were talking to each other. The third man was cold in his tone and demeanor. Was surprised by this “greeting”. Checkout staff, restaurant staff and valet staff all excellent.
