Everything was excellent except the elevators are horrible. They are slow, seemingly unsafe, cramped, and really put a damper on the experience. Otherwise it’s a great hotel.

Apparently we had no sports because espn and direct tv are in a legal battle so we couldn’t watch sports. There was also some Loud in house construction going on that keep me awake throughout the morning. My refrigerator wasn’t cold. But everything else was superb. Drinks are very pricey here

Very nice hotel; beautiful lobby, rooftop, and comfy rooms. No gift shop. Restaurant on property is not great and everything is very expensive, but that's to be expected. Hotel staff are great! Restaurant, not so much.

Our first room was a disappointment for a luxury hotel. Toilet did not work and our shower had some issues as well. On our second day the staff switched our room and gave us dining credit. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. We enjoyed dining at the Patio restaurant the most. Hotel is close and in walking distance to most major attractions. I will stay here again.

Rooms were small but very nice, beds were not super comfortable. Sadly, We were unable to visit the rooftop bar and restaurant because there were private events the whole time we were there. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
