Dana, concierge is very accommodating. Other staffs are welcoming. Lobby was very festive and clean. The room offers a great view. Didn’t stay long but when we enters our room we feel very comfortable and able to rest well.

I requested a view of the lake upon checkin but was denied even though I was willing to pay extra. I used Expedia for my reservation and that was their excuse. Poor service!
