Served its purpose; everything was consistent with the Star Rating and as expected. Good Wifi and plenty of free parking. Centeally located in Whitewater.

The entire room reeked of must and mold. They had a residential (not commercial) grade dehumidifier set up in the hallway so they must be aware of issues.

When we checked in the first night we got back to the room late so didn’t do much of anything but sleep. The second night we got back around 11pm and took a shower and on the left side of the bed under the bed I stepped on a nasty used maxi pad. It was disgusting. I know things get missed but I don’t know how in the world this could have been missed. I have worked as a housekeeper for 2 different hotels and this would not have been tolerated. I’m definitely contacting the manager and filing a complaint

It was clean enough, but nothing really worked right or was in good condition. And for a place with a NO PETS ALLOWED sign on the door there were a lot of dogs in the hotel. Barking. All night. I can't imagine the dog's owner was in the room for this several hour stretch. Next time I'll pay the extra to avoid a Super 8.

The price was great. I was on a limited budget since I was staying for 5 nights while my son was at the University. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. The water pressure was fantastic and we never ran out of hot water for showers.

I stayed here in Whitewater for one night. I had a concert in the area, so it was convenient. However, that was really the only thing that made it worth staying here. The hotel as a whole is very run down, very dated, and dirty. It smelled like weed in the halls and my room smelled very musty. The ceilings and walls were very dirty and looked like they hadn't been wiped down in years. The "breakfast" they had available included brown bananas, over-ripe oranges, two choices for cereal, and toast (not very impressive). The walls are thin, I woke up to the people walking around above me. Staff were nice and pleasant.

It was so nasty, we slept on top of the cover with a shirt over the pillow. The smell was so bad coming from the air conditioner. So musty and strong, we had to spray air freshner. They also had a $40 charge to check in before 3, there was one car in the lot and they had a stack of door cards ready to go out. There were bugs crawling around too, we would have save $200 sleeping in the car.

When we went to check in, there was a couple ahead of us who had reservations for 3 rooms thru Expedia. The woman had the confirmation for 3 rooms on her phone. However, your system only showed 1 room reserved. There were more rooms available, but the clerk refused to do anything! he said that it wasn't his problem & that she would have to contact Expedia to resolve it. She told him that it was his problem & he needed to fix it. He refused to do anything even though there were more rooms available. She demanded that he call his manager & he refused. They argued for over 30 minutes with him saying that it was NOT his problem & that she needed to call Expedia. After 30 minutes everyone was yelling at him to call his manager. Tere were a bunch of people waiting to check in. He finally called his manager & the manager said to give her 2 more rooms at the same price. It took 50 minutes before we were able to check in & this made us late for the concert.
