Great Visit
Great stay. Definitely be back. It was fun space to be in. Staff super nice. The pool area was large and spacious with lots of games. The breakfast was much better than typical hotel. There’s a movie theater nearby and several places to eat. Bed was comfy. Nothing but positive things to say.

Check in was good. Went to room and no bulb in one lamp by the bed. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Manager came to look at it looked at breaker and still couldn’t fix it. Asked if we wanted to have an extension cord run from the living room to the bathroom I said no because we could trip on it. Went to the pool and hot tub first night and it was after 10:00 kids were still in there in both pool and hot tub. People drinking in the there with glass bottles. Kids weren’t not supposed to be in there. Second night same thing kids in there at 10:00. Went to use the hot tub and got out and some guy was in there drunk and and was sitting on our towel with our room key. Think he was high too. Morning before us leaving went into the hot tub, no towels in pool area, went to front desk and asked for a towel. Response was oh there in the dryer never bothered to get a regular big towel and had to go back to pool area to just air dry. Check out girl at register never said anything to me about if I enjoyed my stay. Or how it was. Very disappointed with the front desk when checking out. And not getting towels. If you don’t want kids in there at 10:00 the staff needs to enforce that rule. And the drinking with glass as well. I went for a get away for calm and no kids screaming that’s why we went in at 10:00 for adults only. But no one did anything about it. Will not stay here again. I feel that there should be a two night free with a jetted tub in the living room otherwise wont go there

It was awesome that the manager not only got us in our room before the normal check in time but upgraded us to a suite! Very nice room. I guess the only thing I could say is room could use some touch up on painting. Overall we loved our stay!

The staff was friendly, it was clean and had what we needed. I thought it was cool they had a few bikes there to rent to ride the trail that is right next to the parking lot. Wish we would have had time to do that.

Clean place. The man that checked us in seemed like we were bothering him. He didn’t seem very happy. His assistant Was sweet. Felt very rushed at breakfast. Time was up for breakfast but we were asked to leave with our food.

Great friendly staff
Great friendly staff that were very accommodating. Fun lodge feel to the whole hotel. Nice pool area, very clean. Only thing I did not like was sheets were nubby and should be replaced. Air conditioning worked well, but was noisy. I would stay here again, good value for the cost.

Breakfast was just ok. Need to improve in that area. Coffee was bitter. The whole complex needs to be updated, but still is nice and comfortable. We stayed three nights. Our trash was emptied daily, but the bed was never made and we got fresh towels once. Had to ask for a blanket as what they had for bedding was thin and old. Bedding did have stains. Had to ask for soap for the shower. We used the pool and hot tub. Hot tub jets were not working properly like they did in January when we stayed here. Good location to get on and off highway and they do allow pets.
