The air was thick with mildew and cigarettes. We had to buy air freshener to make it manageable. The rooms are large but super run down. We stayed in a handicapped room on the first floor where the bathroom floor is an absolute hazard to an able bodied person and an absolute risk for the handicap. The floor is uneven, can't keep the water in the bathroom when you run the shower, even a quick shower. The tile was visibly installed very terribly. You can see where each sheet of tile is in the floor. The carpet remained soaked regardless of attempts to dry the carpet and make barriers with towels to keep the water in the bathroom. Both my husband and I got stabbed in the feet from the carpet tacking by the bathroom door just walking in there and also when trying to dry the carpet. The mattresses were horrid. Super bouncy bed and an outlet right behind the frame with the lights for the bed plugged into it. Because it is right behind the bed and the plug is smashed between the bed and wall so every tiny motion on the bed makes the lights go out. Yes, we tried pulling the bed away from it. It's a huge fire hazard. Additionally the desk chair in the room has all the fake leather peeling off and looks absolutely horrendous like it was pulled out of someone's trash. Please remodel, install showers that don't contribute to your growing mildew issue, maybe some dehumidifiers, get some new beds and furniture....or just burn it down and start over...if it will even light. Went to book in with a big group and one of the rooms the student found pulls, needles and blood stains in the room. Very unsafe and not clean

Roach in the bathroom, the door to our room had clearly had someone try to break in at some point before our visit. Old contact lenses found in the carpet. It was acceptable if you just need a place to sleep. Sheets were clean, shower was clean, all common areas seemed clean enough

Pretty much what I've come to expect from Comfort Suites ... spacious, clean, and comfortable without breaking the bank. Unexpected this time was the PUMPKIN SPICE flavored Texas-shaped waffle I got to make and enjoy at breakfast. Truly tasty and unforgettable ... making it a solid 10 this visit!

Shower tub drain was clogged badly. It was very uncomfortable to take shower because dirty water filled up in the shower. Looks like it was ignored for a long time.

Great place. I recommend!
Nice lady checked us in. Room clean. Very comfortable. The only real issue I had with our stay is the traffic noise from the road. We tried running fan all night to drown out the noise.

At first the staff was ok at check in but then later I returned to the front desk to ask for more blankets and I was given one and told that they ran out keep in mind that I had 6 people total in our suite. In the middle of the night my wife went to go smoke and the key fob didn’t work for her to get back in so they reset it twice just for them to tell her that the door needed to be charged and for her to keep knocking on our door till someone woke up and came to the door. What kind of service is that? Shame on them for not being more helpful

So I gave four stars because the water didn’t get hot enough for my liking, I like really hot showers. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The room was big and nice, full kitchen.

Mildew, Mold and Damp.
One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Checked in the room was hot and smelled of mildew and mold. Immediately had a complaint from room below that they heard footsteps and stomping, so after driving all day and unpacking my family of 7 we decided to move rooms to the 1st floor. When we got into that room it was worst then the 1st very hot mildew smell was worse, sheets were damp and my young children had issues sleeping due to the smell and condition of the room. Everyone woke up coughing and not feeling well. Apon checking out I told them the situation and was told no refunds or even discounts could be given. Will never stay or recommend this hotel in the future. For 180 dollars a night I would expect better.
