Clearly an outstanding value for this modern, well appointed property. While not uncommon notes requesting specific accommodations made on “online” booking sites go unnoticed by front desk staff, every attempt to fulfill the request were made. Side note, break hours are 6:00-8:00 am. I along with a large crew of road workers waited patiently for 20 minutes before hot items (eggs & sausage) were ready.

The property was very convenient being right off hwy 287. Very convenient to dining other needs. There were two issues that we had card reader on outside of property does not work very well seems not to read card and made us have to walk around the property to front door. The other issue was people parking trailers and taking up 4 and 5 parking spaces this should not be allowed.

Ac unit had dust and look like mold in it. The cirtins were a bit stained from what im not sure of. The bed was a little hard for me. Over all it was a nice stay

This was the WORST hotel experience I have ever had, especially from a Comfort Suites, and I have stayed at plenty. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! Reason #1- the staff is so apathetic, radiates that they do not want to be there and are flat out rude. We went to the sundries to grab a snack, as we were without a vehicle, and the guy at the front desk said we couldn’t purchase anything for at least 20mins because he was getting ready to take inventory, plus everything there was way overpriced anyway and we shouldn’t buy anything from there. Reason #2- THIS PLACE HAS BED BUGS!!!! I was bitten up all over my arms after staying at this hotel!!! And, when I contacted Hotels.com to try to resolve this issue, they couldn’t even get a response from the hotel’s general manager, which means that person is probably just as apathetic or worse about his job than the guy at the front desk. I cannot say enough terrible things about this stay- PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

Very nice stay. Staff was so friendly and helpful in every way. Loved that it was pet friendly and very convenient to dining options and Baylor Scott and White Hospital were my great grand baby was born. Room was very roomy and clean. Would recommend.

The front dest personnel were nice and attentive. The room just seemed old n carpet was kind of dirty. The shower was nice but the worst thing for me room 313 was very dark. The light kept going off n on. Very poor lighting. Probably will not stay there again n wont recommend the hotel. Sorry.
