This is my third time staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Richardson, and the service has always been outstanding. I enjoyed the breakfast, which was superb and excellent service and could accommodate my taste for a large cup of coffee with milk.

Meh.
Room had a smell to it that could be because it was a smokers' room. Otherwise, it was all pretty average.
The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, but my room smelled of stale cigarettes and mildew. Also, the bed was hard and soundproofing was inadequate (could hear walking and tv in the next room).
The air conditioning was not working properly on my room. It was 100 degrees outside and my room was at 78 degrees. I reported it to the desk and a maintenance man did not check it until the next morning. So uncomfortable I did not sleep well. Even after maintenance it did not get any cooler. They offered me to move to another hotel without an immediate refund.
While a nice property, the service was limited. Only 2 people working after 3:30 pm. Very limited dining and bar options. Not a particularly good value. Nice property but expensive for what is offered.
We had booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms was muggy. No option to change given hotel fully booked; no compensation for inconvenience. Compliant filed with staff as soon as stepped into the room. I will not stay at this hotel ever. Thanks.
Good place. This was a quick trip and hotel was close to UTDallas. Kinda isolated from other places and breakfast was extra $15
Ordered drinks and dinner at bar. Ok but pricey.
We requested the room to be defeathered due to a severe allergy. Called Hilton directly ahead of arriving and confirmed this with them. Room was full of feathers, housekeeping was already gone for the day so we were unable to stay at the hotel. Instead of management taking accountability for the error they attempted to turn it around on me saying feathers were removed. Later admitting they left the feather pillows in the room. Ultimately advised they were unable to accommodate that request on short notice.
