They had no danishes only coffee we asked for an extra pillow because the pillows were so thin, but we’re told that they couldn’t give us one. The water was off. We couldn’t flush the toilet take showers or wash our face. I’m surprised that Hotels.com does not go to these places to see what they’re actually offering their customers.

Under Construction
We have stayed here numerous times when we are racing in the area. They are currently remodeling. The room they put us in was under construction. I mean literal under construction. In the middle of the night and sound asleep the headboard and both side table crashed to the floor. We did not report it because we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. The front desk could only tell us “sorry”.

Just be cautious I planned on paying on-site, even selected on-site when making the reservation, but they charged my card for MORE than the room was quoted. It was of course all sorted out with a call to the site and when we checked in the room was LESS than the quoted price. They are pet friendly and don’t charge extra fees for them either! Which you rarely find. The site was quite considering it was directly off I45.
