I took a few photos of peeling paint, lack of toilet paper holder, and no sink drain stopper in the bathroom. Guess I should have known by the price, but my wife and I were very disappointed. In addition, there are no suites in this motel. There was no breakfast service--nothing but coffee. Our only positive, the bed was decent. We would never stay here again, and Expedia should refund us for breakfast expenses!

We stay here every year for OKRF and honestly, it's clean, safe and really affordable. We plan to stay here again next year! When we just need a place to rest our heads nothing else really matters. They have coffee and muffins they offer in the lobby and I think that's more than enough! They also accommodated our needs without even asking. They had informed us that their Privacy Door Hangers had been stolen and gave us a piece of paper so we could make our own. Which we were totally fine with! And then the next day we woke up to find it had been replaced with a door hanger they were able to find after all. Made our whole day. 10/10

This is an older property but the staff was great. Rooms were clean and ours was more quiet. It’s on the outskirts of town not too far from everywhere.

The long term tenants made me very uncomfortable for my stay. The receptionist was very kind to inform of the situation, however I could not stay there due to the circumstances. Police presence was there when we left for dinner and I could not return to the premises for the unsafe feeling. I let the staff know and they were kind.

I reserved my 2 rooms over a month in advance and upon check-in the employee couldn't find my name, then couldn't find my room, then found 1 room but not the other, then found both rooms I had reserved but told me I had only paid for 1 of them. I showed him my confirmation as well as my digital receipt. Eventually, we got our rooms and while both were supposed to be non-smoking rooms 1 was definitely used to smoke. Both rooms were filled with flies, and there was what appeared to be cat food on the floor in the corner of one room (probably why the flies were there!). There were stains on the sheets on all 4 beds. My mother was staying in a nearby room and in the morning a landscaper was weed-eating and hit a rock that shattered the passenger window of her car. The worker and the same desk employee said "Accidents happen, but we're not liable." The continental breakfast was 4 prewrapped mini muffins for the 7 of us. I wasn't expecting much...but we got WAY less than that, and unfortunately, it has officially made motels a place I will only take my family when no hotel, or rest stop, is available. -10 out of 10, do not recommend.

It was so gross and the room smelt like stale cigarette smoke. People were loitering in the parking lot and it made us feel so unsafe we checked out early and had to book another property.

Was not impressed with our stay. We booked a non smoking king size bed room, the bed was just two twins placed beside each other so we kept sliding into the crack the bed and sheets were all stayed up. It stank of cigarettes and marijuana also there were cigarette butts by the bed. The couch had dirty socks and dirt hanging out of it and on it. There was roaches crawling on the counter and in the bathroom.

We love staying here every year for OKRF! It's nothing fancy but it's clean, the staff are AMAZING and it's close to nearly everything; including OKRF. 10/10 will come back every year.

the sheets had burn holes in them. the bathroom door handle was barely hanging on no plug for the tub. the microwave was cracked. the smoke alarm was missing. On the plus side no Bugs the staff was great on check in.

They had roaches everywhere the room smelled like old cigars even tho it was a smoking room I’ve been to plenty motels and hotels where they did not smell as horrible as that room also the sheets were not clean we used our own blankets pillows n sheets smh do not recommend this motel to nobody staying nor visiting Muskogee

The smell of the office was horrible and smelled like mold. We could park in front of door of our room. The property looked uncared for. Inside the room was equally dirty and worn out. It smelled old and unclean.

Not a great stay.
We had a roach on the door frame and the top sheet was full of burn holes. There was also a tick in our bed. The shower curtain rod was about to fall off the wall.
