Beautiful waterfront Wellington home, situated on a large corner lot with navigable access to Lake Wellington. The home was remodeled and fully furnished in March 2021. A-rated neighborhood close to restaurants, shops, and equestrian centers. Pets are allowed but need to be approved, only small pets will be considered. Cozy 4-bedroom house in the heart of Wellington with picturesque lake views and a special design in the style of an industrial loft with elements of luxurious classic and modern.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms, which are connected by a modern and technically equipped kitchen. The first living room can comfortably accommodate a large company in front of a TV on a luxurious velour sofa or at a large dining table that can be expanded to accommodate even more guests. You can have a touch of privacy by the window in green velvet chairs with a cup of coffee or you can comfortably sit on the couch and relax while admiring the beautiful view through the panoramic window. There is also a cozy working area so that you can easily work from home during working hours.
The second living room is intended for quiet, cozy evenings by the fireplace with a glass of wine, sincere conversations, and board games. There is a place for the whole company: cozy armchairs, a velvet sofa, and 2 seats with cushions by the fireplace. Drinking wine and chatting will also be convenient at the bar.
Spacious Master bedroom with stunning lake views with a king-size bed, work area or makeup table, large TV, a shower that can be taken not only inside, but also outside, enjoying the beautiful weather, and a spacious wardrobe.
In the other part of the house, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a lake view.
The first one contains a Queen size bed, a large working place with a mirror, so that it is convenient to put yourself in order in the morning, and a spacious closet.
The second one is perfect for a nursery, or just a room for friends. It has a couple of twin beds with a table at which you can work, play games, or paint. This room has a TV and also a spacious closet.
3. This room will allow you to have a touch of privacy to quietly work and relax. There is a place for work and a daybed with two mattresses, which allows, if necessary, to comfortably accommodate two more guests in this room with an overnight stay.
The view and nature in this picturesque place deserve special attention. In two directions, you can admire the lake and observe and hear all its inhabitants, having breakfast or lunch on the terrace, or comfortably sitting on upholstered furniture over a cup of aromatic coffee. There are herons, wild ducks, and many other animals. Prepare your cameras as there is something to photograph both inside and outside. You will not only have a great rest, but you will also come home with a collection of great photos.
PETS
If the home is not indicated as pet friendly, DO NOT bring pets. Otherwise, only small pets are allowed for a fee of $300/pet. Each pet must be approved and registered. Many homes have outside cameras and if a pet is seen or if our inspector finds evidence of a pet on your departure you will be asked to remove the pet and will be fined $500 for additional cleaning. Please be respectful of the owner's wishes regarding pets, often people have allergies or don't wish to have animals in their home.
If you were allowed to bring pets, you’re responsible to keeping the property clean of any hair, urine, and other signs of pet presence. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or the rugs and have to be in a crate if you’re leaving them alone. A lot of pets leave odor on the items. If we find any signs of pets on the items, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the item replacement.
PARTIES & EVENTS
At this time, we do not allow parties or events. This is a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate quiet hours 10pm-8am every day, no loud music, noise, or partying ever.
The territory is strictly supervised, any events or celebrations are prohibited, it’s only for family vacation and quiet enjoyment.
While the neighbors are aware of our Airbnb, they aren't very tolerant of excessive noise and partying.
By booking our property you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $500 and will subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
SMOKING & DRUGS
No smoking is permitted inside the property or in common areas. Smoking is permitted outdoors away from other people, but guests must dispose ash and cigarette butts properly. Cigarette butts may not be discarded in the landscaping, in the pool, or on the ground. No electronic cigarette smoking is permitted indoors.
No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time.
SAME DAY RESERVATIONS
We require all reservations with the same day check-in to be made no later than 7 pm and at least 4 hours before the check-in time.
FINAL THOUGHTS
Please understand that these are not FPB rules, but the Owner, Community, Town and County strictly enforce these as will FPB. These rules are intended to ensure the harmonious existence between visitors and full-time residents. Violations will result in towing, ticketing and/or fines without warning during or after the stay.
Some homes have outdoor cameras to monitor guest violations in an effort to protect the homeowner's rights to continue to rent. Any tampering of these devices will result in guest fines.
