We made the fully paid booking through Expedia and check-in on July 27th. During check-in, we were asked to provide a Credit Card for $50 incidental, which was fine. BUT It turned out that I had been changed twice by Expedia and Avid for the same night. I have called Avid twice and worked with the Expedia agent twice too. It has been a week and no action. Please don't stay here to avoid the hassle of chasing them for a refund. If you have already stayed then check your bank statement. FRAUD -- RUN

There were no instructions on how to turn on the lamps beside the beds and the bathroom light. We had to go back to the front desk to ask. We were told that the door key card must be inserted into the reader box slot inside the room. So that allowed to turn the lights on. But they didn’t stay on. NEW TECHNOLOGY !! So we put the key card back into the reader box and left it in there all night, in case we’d need to get up during the night. It would have been nice if the receptionist would have instructed us at check-in, or at least if written instructions what been posted in the room. This was our first experience with this new technology. It’s nice but we should have been informed.
