The room had an offensive odor and it was obvious they tried to cover it up with air freshener. The carpet was old and stained. The odor caused my sinuses to clog and I had a difficult time sleeping. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was good. The showe pressure was fantastic! Maybe a different room and my review would be better? Not sure I want to chance it!

The bathrooms are smallest I have seen, you can barely stand in the area, keys dont work have to go down constantly to get a new key, Breakfast area was very unsanitary smells like dog poop. We had beef mixed into our eggs, dining space for breakfast for the entire hotel is smaller than your room. Save your money, go to another hotel.

I'm not trying to be savage with this, I just want to be honest so other potential guests know what to expect. The property was pretty run down and dirty. Located right behind the train tracks and on a busy street, the neighborhood was not nice. First thing we noticed was a horrendous stench in our room. Not sure what it was but it was coming out of the AC unit. The room was pretty dirty, stained and damaged furniture, stained carpets, dirty walls and toilet. Second thing we noticed was that our patio door was actually damaged and didn't lock properly. The pool was disgusting. You don't even need a key card to get in. It was littered with dirty towels, trash and abandoned swim toys and a broken patio umbrella. The hot tub was dirty too and maybe 5 degrees hotter than the pool. The microwave was uncleaned, splattered with food. The refrigerator made a ticking sound all night and there were electrical sockets that didn't work. Weirdly enough, there was no place to hang a hand towel by the sink in the bathroom. For some reason this hotel had decent ratings (comparatively speaking within Wenatchee) but I understand why it's such a good price. All things aside, the bed was clean and comfy. Sorry to say I cannot recommend this hotel!

We came for a memorial for a family member and hadn't been together , some for years. The Cheifton had a nice gathering room we could visit in. And at breakfast.

We had a small issue when we arrived but the staff was quick to resolve the issue and accommodate us well. The office and cleaning staff was so nice and professional. The breakfast was very good and a good value.

Good, clean, spacious room. Comfy bed. Staff was nice. Workout room and pool were in good condition. Recommended stay in this area compared to others in the similar price range. Especially recommended compared to some close by that are cheaper. If you have a budget to spend $30 more per night i would suggest it.

Property overall is old and dated. No elevator to 2nd floor. Vent in room was noisy. Standard size toilet not not elongated. Not built for a full grown man. Staff was very nice. Parking allowed for large vehicles
