Carlos was super helpful with my check in! I made a mistake in my reservation and he helped correct it. A big thanks for his customer service! The hotel overall is a good value for your money. The breakfast offered is great! I have stayed here multiple times and will likely return in the future.

This is a great location and they have really nice staff, but wow, the property is a flash back to the Red Lion heyday of 1982. It felt like a time warp.

As my reservation was very last minutes, I could have got a room with quite a reasonable price. While the hotel is very nice, they are a little scarcity of staff. He was quite busy continuous check-ins/outs so that I didn't receive a breakfast ticket that was a part of my Expedia reservation. (But I got free breakfast anyway.) Since there were no vending machines, I had to buy snacks from this receptionist, which means I had to wait for all check-ins cleared.
