Horrific Staff
One of the front desk staff people here went out of her way to make our stay as unenjoyable as possible. The bonus is that it seems to make her feel good about herself. It's a shame, since the overall hotel, while dated, is okay, and we were VERY impressed with the cleanliness. The room, and particularly the bathroom, was immaculately clean. I wouldn't know about the breakfast, since even though it was included in our room rate, the front desk person didn't allow us to try it. This interaction with the staff person isn't the end of the world, but the fact that it still bothers me the day after is quite somehting.

Location was convenient for traveling through. Lack of staff, so checking in took time. Lounge was closed. Interior of hotel needs lots of cosmetic repairs. Duct tape on carpet in hallway and chipping paint. Comforter had stain, but overall room was clean.

Working with booking agencies can be wuite frustrating when errors occur. The front desk while attending the needs of other guest's navigated the raging water's and found me an oasis here in the stormy turbulence of one if those days.
