Hot tub broken, fridge had food left in it, my buddy's fridge smelled like death, always short on food for breakfast and a small dining area with a couple riff raff sleeping in it. The staff was really helpful and pleasant but house keeping was poor.

This was the worst stay we have had in a reallllly long time. Would like to start out by saying the hotel is nothing like how you see it online. Our room came with two adult towels. We requested more and the front office dude basically told us to kick rocks and he was way to busy to accommodate.. we need extra blankets for our children and they didn’t have any of those either. They ran out of pool towels. We were 5 mins late to breakfast and we just asked if we could take some apples and they said nope. We also asked for a late check out on a Sunday and they could accommodate. All in all they weren’t accommodating whatsoever.

The staff was wonderful and helpful, but the building is old and the smell of cigarette smoke is unbearable. There was a blood stain on my comforter and I woke up with a hacking cough from the smoke.

Property needs some deep cleaning especially in high traffic areas, room was clean but worn. Eating area way to small for volume of people, we could not eat because of that. Staff very nice.

Weren't even in this hotel for 12 hours, it was a quick stop on our road trip but it left an impression. Pool was green, room smelled off (as if previously smoked in), our bed linens were stained, the breakfast room was a bit of a disaster (tables all dirty, floor unclean, garbages overflowing). You could tell staff were doing their best, they were likely short-staffed, so they were as responsive as they could be. Overall just not a comfortable stay. I can handle outdated but I am uncomfortable when things aren't properly clean.

We stayed during a soccer tournament. Checked in at 430, it was 105 outside and our ac wasn’t working. We tried everything to cool it down including going to target to get a ac type unit. I called the front desk and he said he’d be up. We left for soccer and came back 4 hours later and still nothing. My daughter was so exhausted and got, she became nauseous. I called back down to the desk and he still wasn’t able to take care of things but said he would when he could as he had an extra ac. But had no eta of when that would happen. So I decided to drive home, an hour and half away. And commute back for soccer in the morning. All they did for me was to reimburse one night, not the two.
